Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
When reaching out, please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund.
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
